By using the Narsil Telegram bot, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

Narsil is a Telegram bot for managing your calendar through natural language — voice messages, text, or photos. The service allows you to create, edit, and delete events and tasks in your connected calendar (Google Calendar, Yandex Calendar, Mail.ru Calendar, Apple Calendar).

2. Use of the Service

• The service is intended for personal and professional use.
• Automated mass-messaging or spam use is prohibited.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Calendar Access

By connecting your calendar, you authorize Narsil to read and modify your calendar events and tasks. The service only performs actions explicitly requested by you. You can revoke access at any time through your calendar provider's account settings.

4. Google API Services

Narsil's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not responsible for data loss in your calendar due to technical failures or user error. We recommend periodically reviewing the contents of your calendar.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the bot.

Используя Telegram-бота Narsil, вы соглашаетесь с настоящими условиями.

1. Сервис

Narsil — Telegram-бот для управления календарём голосом и текстом. Сервис позволяет создавать, редактировать и удалять события и задачи в подключённом календаре (Google Calendar, Яндекс Календарь, Mail.ru Календарь, Apple Calendar).

2. Использование

• Сервис предназначен для личного и рабочего использования.
• Запрещено использование в автоматизированных системах массовой рассылки.
• Пользователь несёт ответственность за корректность вводимых данных.

3. Доступ к календарю

Подключая календарь, пользователь предоставляет сервису право читать и изменять события и задачи. Сервис выполняет только те действия, которые явно запрошены пользователем. Доступ можно отозвать в любой момент через настройки аккаунта провайдера.

4. Google API Services

Использование данных Google API соответствует политике Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.

5. Ограничение ответственности

Сервис предоставляется «как есть». Мы не несём ответственности за потерю данных в календаре в результате технических сбоев или ошибок пользователя. Рекомендуем периодически проверять содержимое календаря.

6. Изменения

Мы можем изменять условия использования. Об изменениях сообщим через бота.
